It was only after a lot of encouragement from friends, that I decided to give this blogging thing a shot.  In fact, it took a chance encounter with a fashion blogger to get me writing.  He wanted me to write a piece on women’s fitness for his blog Adams Apple List.

I am also used to write for I Heart Bangalore’s fitness and health section.
